Q: How do I place an order for trophies or awards?
A: You can place your order online through our sister site, TrophiesPlus.co.uk. Simply browse by category, select your item, choose your size, and add engraving details before proceeding to checkout.
Q: Can I order over the phone, email, or in-store?
A: Yes. If you prefer, you can place your order by calling us on 01904 612788, email, or by visiting our York shop at DSP House, 2 Kettlestring Lane, York, YO30 4XF.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, credit/debit card (by phone), BACS transfer, and cheques. Full details are provided during checkout.
Q: Do I need to create an account to order?

Q: Can you engrave our school or club logo?
A: Yes. We can engrave most logos or artwork, ideally in vector format or high-resolution image files. A small setup fee may apply.
Q: Can I see a preview before engraving?
A: For detailed designs or logos, we can usually provide a digital proof on request before we proceed.
Q: What types of items can you engrave?
A: We engrave trophies, medals, tankards, glass and crystal awards, plaques, shields, and many customer-supplied items too, just ask us if you’re unsure.

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes. We can arrange delivery locally or throughout the UK. Extra costs may apply, please ask for details.
Q: Can I collect my order in person?
A: Yes. You can collect from either our York shop (Cameo Engraving) or our Norton location (Trophy & Print Shop). Just choose this option at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most standard trophy and medal orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Larger or custom orders may take slightly longer.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only deliver within the UK. For special requests, please contact us directly.
